With Chester City now expunged from the Football
Conference table we have decided that the
competition should reflect that and will be
based on the table without City.
As for the tie-break question we have calculated
the number of goals City would have scored
based on the ratio of goals scored/games played
when they were thrown out of the Conference.
Therefore 23 goals / 28 games = 0.82 goals
per game. 46 games * 0.82 = 38 goals in total.
2008/09
FINAL RESULT
The 2008/09 Prediction Competition was won
by on the tie-break by John Stanford. John
shared 29 points with Liz Cooley but was almost
spot on with his tie-break answer to leave
Liz in second place. Third place went to Andrew
Birleson just a further point behind.
