Game of the day paired Chester
City under 15s with St.Werburghs the visitors took
the lead with a penalty but City soon hit back. Saints
again took the lead as the half-time approached,
but in the second period City found fitness in their
favour and Man-of-the-Match Scott Robinson destroyed
the visitors with some great wing play and substitute
Craig Stewert getting the two all important goals
in a fine 4-2 win for City.

Blues 1
Only one game survived in
the 15’s with Chester Nomads getting the points in
a 3-1 win over Chester City Blues with strikes from
Josh Jones 1 (pen) and Chris Martain (2).

JFC 1
In the under 15’s league only
one game went ahead and Chester City Blues entertained
Upton JFC and made home advantage count with a 5-1
win Aaron Guest (3) Andy Jones (1) and Mathew Davies
(1).
Sunday 5 October
Helsby 1 Chester City 8
The under 15’s go from strength
to strength under coach Mark Doyle and bagged eight
goals with one in reply away at Helsby, Dave Hogan
again doing the damage with another hat-trick and
Scott Robinson (2), Mathew Cole (2) and Leon Farr
(1) completing the rout.

Chester City 4 Saughall 2
Playing in the under 1’6s league
City produced a solid performance and ran out 4-2
winners at home to Saughall with Dave Hogan in great
form with another hat-trick and another solo from
Matthew Cole.
Sunday 21 September
Chester Nomads 1 Chester
City 1
The under 15’s played away
at Chester Nomads and returned with a 1-1 draw as
they get used to life in the under 16’s league, David
Hogan getting the Blues goal.
